Meta ads Manager - FMCG

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, with a strong preference for those who have worked within the FMCG industry. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to PKR 150,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and the FMCG sector.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance metrics.
- Experience working in or with the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
