Meta ads Manager

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly within the Food and Fashion sectors. This role requires a hands-on approach to developing, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop effective targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversions.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and overall conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and ad copy to identify the most effective campaign elements.
- Manage Meta Pixel implementation and conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Events Manager tools.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and present findings.
