Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

CodingAxis is seeking a skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team at our office located in Iqbal Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, focusing on lead generation, ad performance optimization, and budget management. The working hours for this role are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies to help drive business growth through effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates for client campaigns.
- Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Create and test various ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign approaches to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, manage advertising budgets, and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Set up and track campaign results using Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, retargeting strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data effectively and implement improvements to enhance results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Important Information
This role is strictly on-site at our office in Iqbal Town, Lahore. Candidates must be able to commute regularly and work the specified shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Remote or work-from-home applications will not be considered.

Compensation
The position offers a starting salary from Rs20,000 per month.
