The Job?
Research, Mapping and building Talent Pools worldwide
Updating CRM with accurate information
Qualifying Candidates for required skills and experience to match jobs
Presenting Candidates to our Head of Resourcing
Posting jobs, managing all applications and building market intelligence to present back to customers
Matching and Coordinating diaries and ensuring candidates are looked after throughout every part of the interview process.
Critical Skills Required?
Google Docs and / or Excel / Sheets
Experience using a CRM
Time Management
Self Starting Ability
You must be motivated and have the desire to grow professionally
Strong level of spoken and written English
Ability to work European and US timezones
Be comfortable with doing regular video calls
At least a first-class Bachelors or a Masters degree in Business, HR, Computer Sciences, Linguistics or Economics.
