This full-time role focuses on managing all pattern making activities within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and communicating technical issues related to materials and processes to senior management in a clear and effective manner. Additionally, the role involves resolving various technical challenges on-site and ensuring the accurate implementation and upkeep of calibration records in collaboration with the Quality Department. The position also requires overseeing all laboratory-related tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of pattern making activities comprehensively.
- Communicate technical issues concerning materials and processes clearly to senior management.
- Address and resolve technical matters, whether directly related or unrelated, within the company premises.
- Implement and maintain calibration records in coordination with the Quality Department.
- Efficiently handle all laboratory-related activities to support operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably in Metallurgy, Materials, or Material Sciences.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in material engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong command of English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to hardness testing, material testing, passivation, and heat treatment processes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
- Experience of 2 years in material engineering is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 100,000.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the work location.
