- Plan, direct and control all functions and operations of the Utilities Department including powerhouse, chiller & compressor.
- Ensuring and update the overhauling & service agreement of Generators & Compressors on yearly basis. Preparing of fiscal budget documents of all powerhouses & Utility.
- To maintain all critical spare parts inventory of all power production equipment·
- Identify & evaluate potential resources for the project, in relation to the person, procurement, review contractual requirements.
- Technical vetting & evaluate project feasibility reports.
- Manage & Planning Preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Endorse and recommends Utilities Department Plant modifications, upgrades, and expansions based on future business plans.
