MCG is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This position reports to the Operations
List of Activities:
Recruitment
Employee Trainings
Scheduling trainings for new hires
Conducting assessments on progress for trainings
Performance Reviews
Quarterly Reviews
Schedule and Conduct Quarterly Reviews for all employees with the department heads
Maintain & Improve Performance Review Templates
Maintain Internal notes on employees and preparation for Quarterly Reviews
HR Documents
Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data/Documents
Maintain company HR documents
Updating templates for company HR documents as needed
Enforcing Company HR Policies
Processing leaves and PTO’s
Monitoring daily attendance and company clock-in, clock-out system
Execute employee terminations/resignations and conduct exit Interviews
Enforcing Off-hour schedule
Maintain and execute employee growth plan
Payroll
Maintain payroll setup and policies
Processing payroll data for all employees
Maintain provident, gratuity and other funds
Team Building Activities
Arranging and hosting company dinners, farewells and company trips
