A private security company is looking for Control Room Operator at Its Head Office located at Gulberg greens Islamabad.
- Supervise the security guard force deployments and resolve issues.
- Providing a prompt and professional response to all our clients
- Deal with any emergencies through incident plans.
- Follow correct procedures for incident reporting and real time monitoring.
- Issue threat alerts through SMS and issue email advisories.
- Ensure quality and performance updates are tracked for all clients.
- Highlight any concerns to have them resolved on priority.
- To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.
