The Following certifications are preferred:
- MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Project+, Network+, Apple, ITIL
- Knowledge of Linux will be plus
Engineer with two to four years of experience in the following technologies:
- English Communication is a must.
- Working Knowledge with VOIP phones and IP-PBX
- Cisco Switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewalling Support
- Service Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support
- Data Backup & Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
- Experience required with Windows desktop operating Systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting internet connectivity
- Experience with routers & firewalls
- Understanding the relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
- Understanding & knowledge of CCTV remote viewing, configuration, and management
- Understanding of Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / WDS / PRINT / Servers.
- Understanding & knowledge of Access control systems.
- Working knowledge of Wireless Technologies Installing & configuring multiple Access Points
