We are looking for a skilled CCTV Operator with Technical Skills to monitor and maintain our surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CCTV cameras, as well as handling basic IT-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage and review recorded surveillance videos to ensure security.
- Identify suspicious activities and report incidents promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV and security systems when needed.
- Ensure proper data backup and system functionality.
- Collaborate with the IT and security teams for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain security logs and generate reports on security incidents.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and networking.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to security issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
