Business Developer

MF Bzone is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business operations.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / Interchangeable
Salary:

PKR 40,000 (1st month of probation)

PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month + Bonuses

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customers, and competitors to guide business decisions.
Generate leads through various tools and techniques, including lead generation tools and networking.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support sales objectives.
Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and opportunities.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Handle inbound queries promptly and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.
