- To ensure company policies, procedures and systems related to human resource comply with set standards.
- Provide leadership over recruitment activities for staff & workers positions and oversee the implementation of the company's Diversity Recruitment.
- Get Approval of employment contracts, promotion letters, offer letters, SOP’s and other letters/documents relating to employee lifecycle.
- To design and implement training needs analysis (TNA) and organizational development programs.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate & retain employees.
- Oversee and manage compensation and benefits.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and assist Manager HR.
- Oversee the human resource information system and ensure that it meets the organization's staff information needs.
- Coordinate and administer the performance evaluation processes of Staff & workers.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare statistical analysis reports.
- Prepare and administer HR department budget.
- Lead with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Handle & resolve employee grievances.
- Oversee the performance management system in the organization.
Qualification & Skills:
- BBA/MHRM/MBA or Equivalent in HR Management.
- 5 - 7 Years of experience in leading HR Team. (Preferably in Auto Parts).
- Leadership Skills and Strategic Vision.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Problem Solving Abilities.
- Be adept at decision-making and adaptability.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
