·        Visitors Follow Up & Record Keeping

·        Serving follow up from the Kitchen

·        Supervising Kitchen Activities

5-     To Follow up the Tasks Assigned by the Directors

Skills Required

  • Pleasant Personality
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 year's Experience in Front Desk Management/Reception.
  • Candidate must be well spoken ( English & Urdu).
  • Candidate must have basic computer skills ( MS Word, MS Excel
  • Candidate must be flexible & have ability of Multitasking.
  • Assist in the Ordering, Receiving, Stocking & distruibuting of office Supplies.
  • Maintain the Visitor Area
