We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in selling IV infusion products. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of IV infusion solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for IV infusion products.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, to drive product adoption and sales.
3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to educate them about the features, benefits, and proper use of our IV infusion solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements related to IV infusion products.
6. Prepare and submit timely reports, including sales forecasts, activity logs, and market analysis, to management to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
7. Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network with potential customers, showcase products, and stay updated on advancements in IV infusion technology.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer communications, and product inventory levels using our CRM system.
9. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-directed learning initiatives.
