The role is for a Sales Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of the company MHz Technologies which is a specialist distributor and technical consultant for defense, aerospace, and communications markets based in the UK so the successful candidate will be working from home.
HRS of Work : 7 hrs per day Mon-Fri. Flexibility on working hours though it is expected at least 4 hrs would overlap with UK horking hrs
MAIN TASKS
- Log all inquiries on to the CRM system (Insightly)
- Keep the CRM updated based on the latest status of any project
- Preparation of costings based on existing excel templates and guidance
- Preparation of quotes for clients based on existing excel templates
- Making purchase orders to supplies and order confirmations to clients
- Ensuring the filling of documentation in the right place
- Supporting with other documentation help such as converting technical specifications from a pdf into a excel or word document
- Assisting with marketing with making of newsletters
- Running sales matrices
- If the experience of making Linked in Adverts is a bonus
- Assisting in other admin jobs as per the management requirements.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good inter-personal and communication skills are required, absolutely fluent English speaking is not a pre-requisite though a decent written English level would be preferred.
- Good computer skills are required with knowledge of MS office software.
- Most of all the candidate has to be motivated, enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn. MHz works with clients across the globe.
DURATION
Currently proposing a 3 month trial period after which a more long-term position can be offered. All training would be provided.
