Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lubricant products
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in sales and marketing (B2B) (INDUSTRY experience in MOTOR OIL & LUBRICANTS is preferred. Backgrounds in INSURANCE and REAL ESTATE are also highly desirable)
Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing for campaign development and execution
Ability to work independently and within a team
