We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager to oversee all administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions of the factory, including facility management, security, housekeeping, canteen management, fleet management, and office operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with departments for effective communication and workflow management.
- Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for licenses, inspections, and documentation.
- Maintain records of assets, vendor contracts, and administrative budgets.
- Manage disciplinary actions and other related administrative tasks.
- Lead a team of administrative and support staff with a focus on productivity and discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the garment/textile sector.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with factory management systems.
