We are looking for a suitable qualified Chief Accountant for M.I Creation (Clothing brand) based in Karachi,
- Must be ACCA qualified or CA Finalist or having the bachelors or masters degree in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 5 years experience as head of accounts in any reputable company is required.
- Compensation will be based upon your post qualification and experience.
- You will also have demonstrated ability in undertaking a variety of financial processes, with specific experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing methods.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to Directors as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Directors for review.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget. variances and report the same to Directors.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from Directors in a timely fashion.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
