Timings: 10:00AM to 9:00PM (Male), 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Female)
Brief description of the job:
- Explore new Customers via Social media Marketing e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.
- Expert Hands-on of tools & technique for Online Advertisement.
- Strong knowledge & Skills to explore all Social Media platforms.
- Uploading Items on all social media platforms including website/Social web Pages etc.
- Consistent Sales execution via Website/Social web pages up to date, coordination with social media agency. (Includes WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram replies FAQs, Daraz).
- Excellent Communication during handling of Critical Customers.
- Prompt & Positive responding back to customer to fulfill their Queries, Answer calls professionally to provide information about the products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Maintaining Customers Data Bank up to date with regular back up. Record keeping of customer interactions and transactions, Inquiries data, Complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
- Essential requirement of dedication, Hardworking, Punctuality, Professional Ethically sound and honest in his responsibilities.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Good communication skills. (English, Urdu)
- Preference shall be given to who possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations.
