Job Description for Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
· Promoting business through all available sources including emails and social media
· Keep pace with the industry, search engine, internet marketing industry trends, developments and report changes as needed.
· Maintain and develop the site structure to ensure quality, content, and readability by search engines
· Create detailed product requirements documents, work with design and development teams to execute flawlessly
· Proactively communicate with platform users to adjust needs & requirements
· Help define and execute online strategy for the product.
· Own KPIs associated with the digital channels·
· Create and monitor dashboards that track performance and achievement of business objectives·
· Create competitive differentiation by delivering a best in class online experience that increases web usage while also decreasing operational costs
Skills Required:
· Develop strategies and tactics to drive increases in overall traffic, web registrations and web claims
· Info graphic skills
· Video editing skills
· Identify new opportunities and functionality within the product
· Help manage the development road map with development team, and communicate project updates ·
· Actively keep abreast of online, technology, customer trends in order to develop digital and mobile innovations ·
· Develop, implement tools, models to assess market opportunity, incremental revenue upside and customer experience impact
