We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day in-office and out of office tasks. The incumbant has to be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative coordination duties, with internal staff members, clients, and vendors. Manage and coordinate meetings and training for field staff and office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
  • Support project teams with various communication tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, conferences etc.)
  • Coordinate and liaison with different vendors to arrange and organize trainings/meetings in outside of office (with hotel, conference halls etc).
  • Keeping record of Official meetings and meeting minutes.
  • Outdoor activities are involved (including traveling different parts of Karachi or Sindh), where you need to coordinate with Local and international hotels chains for organizing and managing different company events.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for internal staff members and training participants.
  • Scheduling and coordination for  in-house and external events

Requirements

  • Progressive work experience as an Event Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (MS Excel and MS Word & MS Powerpoint specifically)
  • Pragmatic problem solver, great multitasker, able to plan for and meet short deadlines and effective organizer
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to draft effective drafts.
  • Reliable with patience, professionalism and attention to detail
