Key Responsibilities  

  • Provide relevant guidance, advice, and technical assistance to the LGRD staff in support of quality results.
  • Conduct field visits to VCs/NCs offices for Monitoring and quality check of the records of birth registration and provide recommendations to the LGRD & UNICEF in support of informed programming.
  • To boost up CRVS at VC/NC level and appropriately address the confronting challenges to meet the requirements of CRVS
  • Carry out regular monitoring of VCs/NCs secretaries to assess their progress
  • Ensuring timely and quality programmatic reporting on agreed frequency and prescribed formats to LGRD & UNICEF 
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of CRVS record at VC/NC level
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training programs, prepare reports, follow up on identified actions, and administer the costs if needed
  • Schedule training sessions, arranges relevant equipment’s and ensure participation
  • Assist in training of Secretaries VCs/VCs at the District level and the elected representatives.
  • Preparing progress reports, monthly CRMS summary reports, CRVS data reports, training reports and onsite analysis of CRMS systems
  • Conduction of Interviews with key informants including Secretaries VCs/NC, district administration etc.
  • Provide clear and articulate recommendations for improvement of programmatic interventions
  • Preparation of Detailed implementation plan (DIP)
  • Creating & maintaining Project record to ensure quick retrieval of information perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Experience and Qualification:

  • BS or Master’s in Social Sciences, preferably development studies and project management 
  • At least 02 years of experience in the relevant sector, preferably with an international organization in CRVS.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a professional and challenging environment.
  • Fluent in English, Urdu & Pashtu.
