Tasks to be performed:

  • Close liaison with NADRA, Health, PITB, Local Government & Community Development and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement program activities, active coordination, and reporting of planned activities
  • Regular visits to the concerned departments for operations and implementation
  • Record specific information regarding vital events according to established methods and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with registration law
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of relevant record
  • Adopt such measures as are required to enable to be informed of the necessity, procedures and requirements of registration, and the value of vital statistics
  • Take custody of records
  • Ensure completion of statistical report for each registered vital event and its transmission according to regular time schedule to the compiling agency, for data processing and dissemination
  • Arrange, record minutes, manage events, conferences, meetings, workshops, and orientations
  • Prepare activity/progress reports.
  • Other duties as assigned as required

  Estimated Duration of Contract:

  • 1 year

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s in Social Sciences or Management from a local or foreign university, a well reputed Institute recognized from the Higher Education Commission of the Pakistan.
  • ·         Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience after Master’s or 5 year after Bachelor’s in public or private sector organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Report writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be fully conversant with Computer.
  • Good understanding of government departments.
  • Experience and Knowledge on CRVS will be given advantage.
  • ·         Ability to plan and organize work independently and undertake initiatives in completing tasks and projects according to given timelines in an effective manner.

  Functional Competencies:

  • Expertise in Analytical Problem Solving,
  • Experience in Quality Report Writing.

Language: Fluency in English required. Knowledge of the local working languages of the duty station is essential.

Duty Station: Lahore, Punjab.  

Official Travel Involved: Local travel to Punjab.
