Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, Part-Time (Pakistan Only) (100% Remote)

AllShore Talent is partnering with Tricension to find an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant for a part-time, ongoing engagement. This role involves supporting multiple client environments with a focus on independently investigating requests, implementing enhancements, and providing support as needed. The position offers flexibility with a low volume of hours per month, making it ideal for professionals who can manage tasks autonomously while maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues within existing Dynamics 365 environments.
- Assess enhancement or modification requests and recommend practical solutions.
- Configure, develop, or coordinate changes based on your Dynamics 365 expertise.
- Test changes thoroughly and communicate results clearly to the Tricension team.
- Document all work to ensure ongoing support and maintenance.
- Provide occasional support across multiple client environments as your skills allow.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience supporting and modifying at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.
- Demonstrated examples of successfully delivered changes in live client or business environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with client requests, including clarifying requirements and estimating effort.
- Availability to commit a small number of hours each month on an as-needed basis.
- Candidates should clearly specify which Dynamics 365 applications they have supported, such as Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
