Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Specialist

We are collaborating with a well-established UK technology and media company specializing in digital transformation, technology consulting, and innovative business solutions for global organizations. The company is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Specialist to lead functional delivery across enterprise technology projects. This role offers the chance to work closely with international stakeholders, guide solution design discussions, and translate complex business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the gathering of requirements, conduct business process analysis, and facilitate functional design workshops. Take full ownership of the functional delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system solutions. Support core business processes such as procurement, inventory management, order management, and supply chain operations.

Serve as the primary functional liaison for UK-based client stakeholders. Lead solution discussions, bridging the gap between business users and technical teams. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to manage integrations and system enhancements. Provide clear communication on project progress, delivery risks, and proposed solutions.

Drive functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live support. Offer functional guidance and training to end users to ensure smooth adoption. Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and contribute to the development of delivery best practices.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong expertise in functional configuration, implementation, and solution design within the Dynamics 365 environment. Proven understanding of retail and supply chain business processes. Experience managing stakeholder discussions and engaging directly with clients. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience working with UK or international clients is highly desirable, particularly within retail or eCommerce sectors. Holding Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be considered an advantage. The position is based on-site at Shahrah-e-Fasial, Karachi, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This is a one-year contract role, renewable annually, offering a monthly salary range of Rs400,000 to Rs500,000.
