Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We are looking for experienced professionals specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) or AX 2012 with a strong focus on Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role encompasses solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support. Depending on the candidate’s experience and career level, leadership responsibilities may also be part of the position. This opportunity is open for candidates located across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure key components such as sales orders, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, intercompany transactions, returns, invoicing, and customer settlements.
- Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements, analyze existing business processes, and translate findings into functional solutions.
- Develop functional design documents for integrations involving e-commerce platforms, retail systems, and third-party logistics (3PL).
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training, manage cutover activities, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants to ensure smooth and successful O2C implementations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and propose solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
- For senior or lead roles, provide guidance to consultants, oversee solution delivery, and take ownership of the O2C workstream sign-off with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM or AX 2012, specifically within Sales and Distribution and O2C processes.
- Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle D365 implementations covering the O2C workstream.
- For candidates at the CL07 level, experience in three or more full-cycle implementations is required, including a lead role in at least one project.
- Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, intercompany transactions, returns, invoicing, and customer settlements.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, conducting testing, delivering user training, and supporting go-live activities.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and strong problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within retail, luxury goods, or wholesale industries.
- Understanding of intercompany transactions and multi-entity business environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification, particularly MB-330.
- Experience integrating D365 SCM with e-commerce platforms, retail solutions, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
