Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We are looking for experienced professionals specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, with a strong focus on Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role encompasses solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support. Depending on the candidate’s experience and career level, there may also be leadership responsibilities involved. This position offers the opportunity to work across various locations in Pakistan and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective O2C solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure key components such as sales orders, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, intercompany transactions, returns, invoicing, and customer settlements.
- Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Develop functional design documents for integrations with e-commerce platforms, retail systems, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training, manage cutover activities, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants to ensure smooth and successful O2C implementation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and propose solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
- For senior or lead roles, guide and mentor consultants, oversee solution delivery, and take ownership of O2C workstream sign-off with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, particularly in Sales and Distribution and O2C processes.
- Hands-on involvement in at least two full-cycle D365 implementations covering the O2C workstream.
- For candidates at the CL07 level, experience in three or more full-cycle implementations is required, including a leadership role in at least one project.
- Strong expertise in sales order management, pricing strategies, trade agreements, credit management, intercompany transactions, returns processing, invoicing, and customer settlements.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, preparing functional documentation, testing, user training, and providing go-live support.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and strong problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working within retail, luxury goods, or wholesale industry sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with intercompany transactions and managing multi-entity business environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification, especially the MB-330 certification, is highly desirable.
- Experience integrating D365 SCM with e-commerce platforms, retail solutions, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems will be considered a plus.
