XPERT ACCOUNTECH SERVICES (XATS) PVT LTD, established in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Pakistan by the Saudi-based Multinational Group, is a back-office shared services company. XATS provides Finance, Accounting, ERP, IT, data analytics, consulting, and other back-office support exclusively tailored for its parent group.

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant (F&O) who will be responsible to design, development, configuration, and implementation of scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced blend of functional expertise and technical proficiency, enabling them to analyze business requirements, recommend best-fit solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Design, configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions in alignment with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and system configurations.
Develop and support customizations, extensions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations within D365 F&O.
Configure and optimize core F&O modules, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other related business processes.
Manage data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF) and support system integrations through APIs and Azure services.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of custom solutions and integrations.
Deploy and manage solutions through Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate end-user training.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical and Functional (Finance & Operations) implementations.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices across Finance and Supply Chain domains.
Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O configuration, setup, customization, and support.

Proficiency in:

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
X++, C#, .NET
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Azure Services and Integrations
SSRS Reporting, SQL Server, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment processes
Experience with data migration, system integrations, and API-based solutions.
Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX (preferred).
Strong understanding of D365 F&O data architecture, extension model, and security framework.
Experience in full project lifecycle implementations, upgrades, support, and rollouts.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Solution Architect).
Experience working in a Techno-Functional role involving both business process consulting and technical solution delivery.
Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and Azure integration services will be considered an added advantage.
