Microsoft Power BI Developer

Müller's Solutions is looking for a talented Microsoft Power BI Specialist to enhance our data analytics capabilities. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate their data needs into effective visualization solutions that provide clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights to support business objectives.
- Connect to diverse data sources, perform data modeling, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create customized reporting solutions tailored to their needs.
- Optimize data models and queries to enhance performance and responsiveness of reports.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, helping them leverage Power BI tools effectively.
- Stay current with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and writing DAX expressions.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience working with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based services.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce clear, concise reports that meet business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Power Query, M language, and Power BI Service is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Microsoft Power BI certification (such as DA-100 or PL-300) is a plus.
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
