The Microsoft System Engineer volunteer will play a crucial role in supporting the school’s technology environment by remotely administering and maintaining Microsoft-based systems. This position involves daily monitoring and management of Microsoft Exchange, user accounts, and system configurations, as well as performing routine maintenance and updates across the IT infrastructure. The volunteer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide technical support to both staff and learners, and document system procedures and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration with the internal team is essential to enhance the reliability, security, and performance of the systems that support Outcome School’s online learning platform and operational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft-based systems, including Microsoft Exchange and user account management.

Required Qualifications
