The Role
Building on our success we are looking for a proactive customer success consultant to Ensure the success and health of new merchants that sign on with Beauty Bells for the first four weeks of their subscription.
We will provide full training on both our product and processes.
Responsibilities
- Establishing the creation of a thorough Onboarding plan tailored specifically to the client, certifying all implementation work is completed to the highest standard within agreed timeframes, facilitating upsell opportunities for further revenue generation.
- Managing the entire onboarding and training process for new clients - from sales handover through to successful go live dates, covering off all configuration and training to ensure that clients have the best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Proactively monitoring customer dashboards and onboarding success metrics to identify at-risk accounts and prioritize engagement across customer portfolio.
- Acting as a point of escalation to investigate process failure and, where necessary, helping in the implementation of remedial solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer service, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment in addition to meeting personal and business targets.
- Proactive and pragmatic attitude with focus on solving problems and adapting to change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work across various functions and collaborate in an international environment.
Desirable
- Extensive knowledge of Google Drive or Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience in managing and meeting individual month and year-end targets set by the management team.
- IT background & technical skills.
- Experience at a supervisory level or above.
- B2B and B2C experience is desirable.
