Mid-Level Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced architect to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet project requirements, codes, and client expectations. This role requires a professional who can manage architectural deliverables independently while collaborating effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors. The candidate should demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior staff when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review working drawings and construction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create architectural designs aligned with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client expectations.
- Coordinate architectural drawings and designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Participate in design development and provide practical architectural solutions to meet project needs.
- Prepare architectural details, schedules, specifications, and other necessary project documentation.
- Review drawings and design submissions for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
- Conduct site visits as required and coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of design intent.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents as needed.
- Maintain project drawings and documentation according to company standards and project requirements.
- Support senior project leads in managing design deliverables and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and architectural staff when required.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assigned architectural work.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project documentation.
- Valid PCATP registration number.

Required Software Skills

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with architectural visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle architectural deliverables while understanding both design and technical aspects of architecture.
- Strong coordination skills within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Capacity to take direction from senior team members and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Work Location: This position requires in-person attendance at the office and project sites as necessary.
