Mid-Level Frontend Developer

TechCentera, a leading technology company specializing in AI automation and custom software development, is seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of professional experience in frontend development and be skilled in building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. This role involves close collaboration with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver real-world projects for international clients. The position is full-time, on-site at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This opportunity offers a pathway to a permanent position within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code.
- Build reusable components and frontend features to enhance application functionality.
- Integrate REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and technical issues promptly.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, QA, and project teams.
- Stay current with modern frontend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows, including AI coding tools for development, debugging, code generation, and productivity enhancement.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data formats.
- Proficient with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
