Mid-level / Senior Front-end Engineer (Pakistan)

Vectara is seeking a motivated front-end engineer to join our expanding front-end team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing our flagship Console product, company website, and the Vectara UI React component library. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Front-End Engineering and UX, as well as a dedicated team of engineers, to drive strategic technical decisions and contribute to a strong engineering culture. This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence how customers engage with and benefit from our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver new features and improvements for the Console UI.
- Proactively identify and propose enhancements that support growth and improve productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Growth Marketing to develop front-end solutions for demos, open-source projects, and marketing initiatives.
- Own strategic technical and architectural decisions within the front-end domain.
- Contribute to shaping and maintaining a rigorous engineering culture that supports scalability and quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a strong ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas and technical concepts.
- Comfort with solving ambiguous problems through a methodical and analytical approach.
- Initiative-driven mindset with the ability to identify problems, understand their broader business context, and collaborate on prioritization.
- A strong curiosity and passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
