The role focuses on developing and testing software modules in alignment with client requirements, preparing project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to collect and understand business process requirements effectively.
- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver code for assigned software modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and seamless integration with existing system components.
- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute comprehensive testing of assigned modules, validate functionality across necessary interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to confirm solution readiness.
- Implementation: Support the deployment of software applications and their integration with other systems, ensuring stability and performance in live environments.
- Documentation Maintenance: Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and status updates. Use flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code to communicate technical information effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, verify system compatibility, and ensure that delivered solutions meet or exceed expected standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development with a focus on Fullstack Java Enterprise technologies.
- Strong coding skills and experience in developing enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in software testing, including participation in UAT sessions.
- Proficiency in preparing clear and comprehensive project documentation.
