• Policy Making (incorporating Pakistan Labour Law)

• Recruitment

Prequalification:
• Degree in HR or a related field
• Minimum 10 Year Experience in HR department.
• Minimum 3 Year Experience as Senior HR Manager in a reputed organization.
• Strong written English skills.
• Experience in Management Reporting of HR data
• Experience in Documenting Procedures and developing efficient processes
