A well-established IT service and consultancy company based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Midlevel React.js Developer to join their onsite team. With a workforce of 50 employees, the company specializes in automating everyday business processes through innovative technology solutions. Their service portfolio includes business information systems, website and mobile application development, search engine optimization, service integrations, cybersecurity, maintenance, and business consultancy. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing responsive, high-performance web applications while working closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js and Next.js frameworks. Build responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components that meet modern web standards. Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Integrate and consume RESTful APIs to connect frontend components with backend services. Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and scalability to enhance user engagement. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices. Utilize modern frontend tools and frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit, and React Query to streamline development processes.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with React.js and Next.js is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is required to build dynamic and responsive interfaces. Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable, adding robustness to the codebase. Familiarity with frontend styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, as well as state management tools such as Redux Toolkit and data fetching libraries like React Query, is important. A strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and modern frontend performance optimization techniques is necessary. Experience integrating REST APIs and working with Git version control systems is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in third-party API integrations will have an advantage. Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows and Git best practices is preferred to support efficient development cycles. Basic UX/UI sensibility with attention to design details will help in creating user-friendly interfaces. Job Details
This is a full-time position based onsite in Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The offered salary range is PKR 120,000 to PKR 160,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
