Mijsons Technologies is looking for an expert & Creative Digital marketer to join our growing team, the person should have diverse experience on Different digital Marketing  Strategies ( both Organic and paid Campaign ), including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SMM (Social Media Marketing), Content Marketing, Business Listing etc.

As Team Lead / Manager you will be responsible for managing all marketing campaigns for our websites and E-Commerce Businesses. You should have strong grasp on all Latest Digitals Marketing and SEO Trends, tools and strategies. As a Part of Management you will be Responsible to plan, manage, execute and achieve monthly milestones.

You should have the Following Experiences-

  • Devising digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMO, Content Marketing, PR etc. ) strategies to Drive potential traffic

  • Manage, Monitor & Oversee overall digital marketing campaigns in coordination with all stack holders to empower the effectiveness of the campaigns

  • Plan, Develop, Analyze & Monitor Digitals Marketing Strategies Weekly & Monthly

  • Measuring & Reporting all digital marketing campaigns performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis against defined Goals (KPI’S & ROI)

  • Work on Company Websites web Strategy to improve usability, Conversion, Design, UX/UI

  • Design highly Conversion optimized landing pages for A/B & Multivariate Testing for Conversion Growth

  • Desing, execute, manage & Optimize SEM ( AdWords & Bing ) Campaigns

  • Plan, Design, and Manage very optimized Google Shopping Campaigns for Different Countries

  • Design SEO strategy that comply with Google latest Algorithms (Panda, Penguin, Humming Bird, RankBrain etc) for all company websites

  • Implement SEO Creative Strategies to Get Top Ranking in Google And other Search Engines

  • Plan, Design & Execute Social  Media Optimization Plan to build Social Community on different social media channel (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.)

  • Design, execute and manage social media Marketing Campaigns to drive targeted traffic for generating leads

  • Should design email campaigning (cold emailing, leads nurturing email, follow-ups)

  • Design strategy to implement Business listing/directory listing to build company profile in targeted Geographical locations

  • Should know ways and strategies to Deploy content marketing campaigns

  • Define strategies to build company ORM (Online Reputation Management)

  • Know how to build Video campaign for Company products

Job Requirements

  • 3+ Years’ Experience

  • Bachelor/Master Degree , BSCS/BESE, BSIT, MCS, MSIT, MSSE, BBA Marketing, MBA

  • The person should have Strong Project & Team Management Skills

  • Team player, to lead teams , communicate , guide and train

  • Have Depth Understand about Digital, SEO & Web ECOSYSTEMS

  • Have hands on experience on all Organic and Paid  Campaigns

  • Experience with tools, e.g AdWords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Spyfu, Semrush, Open Site Explorer, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Strong Project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up to date with latest Digital marketing Trends & Google algorithms
