Requirements:
- Plan, direct and monitor the sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
- Lead sales team of IPD for generating sales
- Developing a business plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence
- Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Company’s goal.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications
- Approve specs finalization in accordance with tenders requirement and preparation of bids
- Ensure that technical & commercial terms in tenders are completely scrutinized
- Market Research
- Ensure constant follow up of the potential customers.
- To have meetings with institutional customers for business growth
- Follow up Execution Team for for site surveys/equipment delivery/completion of work regarding commissioning of DG Sets.
- Make sure that quotations are being issued to customers.
- Contract/agreement finalization with the customers.
- Price finalization after coordination with costing section as per customized requirement.
