Key Responsibilities:

  • Post engaging content on Facebook and other social media platforms according to the content calendar and company guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including monitoring comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.

Qualification And Skills :

  • Minimum education level: Matriculation or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices.
  • Reliable and consistent in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
