We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the daily financial operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee bookkeeping, manage accounts payable and receivable related to suppliers and distributors, and assist in financial reporting for Shandar Water Tanks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable for raw materials (HDPE plastic, etc.) and utilities, and accounts receivable from distributors and retailers.
- Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances with customers and vendors.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, relevant to the manufacturing process.
- Aid in budget preparation and financial forecasting for production costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, particularly concerning the manufacturing sector.
- Provide financial data and analysis to assist management with cost control initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accounts executive, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and manufacturing cost accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
