- 3+ years of Level-2/Tier-2 Support Operations experience in a 24/7 Environment
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows Environments
- Working knowledge of web technologies & Frameworks like Node.js, JQuery, Angular, React and bootstrap
- Strong IP networking knowledge - IP packets, Routing, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Diagnose complex problems and suggest/apply solution/fix
- Actively work with engineering groups and teams
- Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
