- Coordinate and supervise dispatch activities ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Handle recovery processes and ensure all discrepancies are efficiently resolved.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 persons by assigning tasks, coaching, and evaluating performance.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth communication and operational synergy.
