The Mines & Minerals Department Punjab is inviting applications for several contract-based positions under the project titled “Economic Prospective of Coal, Iron Ore, Limestone and Other Industrial Minerals in Koh-E-Suleman, Dera Ghazi Khan Division GS. No. 2587.” These vacancies are available in the Project Management Unit (PMU) located in Lahore. The department seeks experienced and qualified candidates for the roles of Drone Operator (PPS-06), Surveyor (PPS-06), and Driver (PPS-03). The contracts will be for a duration of one year. Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain drone equipment for aerial surveys and data collection (Drone Operator).

- Safely operate departmental vehicles for transportation of staff and equipment as required by the project (Driver).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project guidelines during all field operations.
- Collaborate with project team members to support the successful execution of the project objectives.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE), or Middle-level education depending on the position applied for.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required in the respective fields.
- Age of applicants should be between 25 and 35 years.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently under project timelines.
- Strong communication skills and literacy to handle documentation and reporting tasks.
