MiniCabRide Limited is UK base well-reputed taxi service company looking for English-speaking customer service representative(s). 

Our Office is based in Commercial Market Rawalpindi and we have 20+ employees working in our office right now, 

We are expanding and recruiting new staff member(s) to cater to our needs for the growth of the company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering Inbound Customer Calls
  • Chatting with customers and providing quotations and booking.
  • Reply by email to all inquires 
  • Booking by Call, Chat, Email, and taking payments.
  • Dispatching the Jobs to the Drivers.
  • Connecting customers with drivers by conference calls.

Following are the requirements for the post

  • Graduation
  • 1-year experience in a call center.
  • Fluent in English. (Advance Level)
  • Minimum Contract Length 2 years
  • Reading, and writing skills in English
  • Good typing speed i.e 30 to 40 words per minute
  • Professional Behavior.

Duty Timing: Day and Night shifts 10 Hours duty.
