MirrorsMe is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in both front end and back end development, with a solid understanding of API design and integration. This role demands proficiency in Python and RESTful API development, coupled with familiarity with DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications. The Full Stack Developer will contribute to building scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and business objectives. This position is suited for an experienced professional with 4 to 5 years of practical experience in software development and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Full Stack Developer will work on diverse projects, engaging in the development of user-facing elements as well as server-side logic. They will be responsible for designing and integrating APIs and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Since the role does not include team management responsibilities, the focus is on delivering high-quality code and driving technical excellence independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve the application architecture, all while adhering to best practices at MirrorsMe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both front end and back end components of web applications using modern technologies.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between client applications and servers.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code primarily in Python, ensuring application reliability and performance.
- Implement DevOps practices to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and adherence to company standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose enhancements to existing systems to improve functionality.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure security best practices are incorporated within software development processes.
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and solutions to support future maintenance and upgrades.
