MIS & Analytics

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a skilled MIS & Analytics Executive (AVP) to join the President's Secretariat in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in MIS and data analytics, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities and a thorough understanding of data management processes. This role demands a proactive professional who can effectively manage data reporting, analysis, and visualization to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards to provide timely and accurate data insights.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can impact business performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and improve data quality by implementing validation checks and data cleansing procedures.
- Support the President’s Secretariat by delivering analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to data management and reporting.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of database management and query languages like SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
