- Create and share compelling social media content (text, image, and video) on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat platforms.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance and tweak strategies to achieve better results.
- Collaboration with the marketing team ensures that social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
- Work with other departments to stay current on company news and events and to create relevant social media content.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a closely related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience managing social media.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A creative mindset and the ability to generate new ideas are needed.
