MMBA Chartered Certified Accountants is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within our FMCG Food Manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will bring 12 years of comprehensive HR leadership expertise, particularly within the FMCG, food manufacturing sectors. This role demands strategic involvement in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and labor law compliance to support our business goals effectively. Leading a team of 20 HR professionals, the HR Manager will ensure the application of best practices in compensation, benefits, and payroll management while fostering a compliant and motivating workplace. The HR Manager will maintain an in-depth understanding of Pakistani labor laws and manufacturing compliance standards, applying this knowledge to labor relations and operational HR processes. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, commercial insight, and the ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders at all levels. The role also involves steering talent sourcing strategies, implementing performance appraisal systems, and ensuring alignment of HR policies with broader organizational objectives to optimize employee satisfaction and organizational productivity.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic human resources plans aligned with the FMCG food manufacturing business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of 20 HR professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent across all business functions, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee development and align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and manufacturing industry regulations, adapting policies and practices as necessary.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive and equitable remuneration structures.
  • Administer payroll management systems accurately, ensuring timely and compliant salary processing.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs, budget for HR activities, and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to assure quality, compliance, and effectiveness, preparing reports for leadership review.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively support business units and enhance communication.
  • Identify and implement HR best practices to continuously improve HR operations and service delivery within the organization.
  • Monitor labor market trends and industry developments to keep the company competitive and informed on HR issues.
  • Support leadership in organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, training programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive HR records and employee documentation.
