Job Description
MMBA Chartered Certified Accountants is an accountancy practice operating from Bahria Enclave Islamabad, Pakistan. It is a part of an International accounting firm MMBA Accountants based in United Kingdom. It is providing accounting and taxation services to various clients in Pakistan. It is also providing back-office services and solutions to the parent company in the United Kingdom in various sectors mostly in e-commerce, health care, construction, real estate, financial services, and marketing. Its services include financial reporting, VAT Management, Payroll Services, Corporate Taxation, and bookkeeping.
- Helping clients maintain their books as required, inputting invoices, bank transactions, journals, and other transactions, etc. as required. Reconcile bank transactions.
- Preparation of VAT returns in advance of the deadline for review and sign-off.
- Allocation of work to junior members of staff, training and managing people.
- Preparing final accounts, company tax returns, personal tax and partnership return tax.
- Assisting in managing portfolios to ensure work is completed to the client's timetable expectations.
- Assisting in establishing and maintaining effective systems and controls for compliance with applicable requirements and standards under the Money Laundry Regulations.
- Completion and submission of timesheets within set deadlines.
- Maintain client confidentiality outside the office including on client premises.
- Strong grip on the payroll.
